2- How do I pay using Wire Transfer?

You need to fill out the order form and send payment at a local Western Union office in your area. Once we receive payment, your order will be processed within the following 24 business hours.
4- What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
This method allows you to pay for your order at the moment of delivery, guaranteeing the highest level of security. This service is available only in Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovenia, France, Italy, Letonia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican.
For orders to Canary Islands, we need the NIF number of the customer (customs requirement).

5- How long it takes to receive my order?
All packages are sent via certified mail and we provide the customer a tracking number to check the delivery status online at the Post Office Website. Usually it takes between 5 to 10 business days to receive the order in most European and U.S. destinations. Nevertheless please note that delivery times vary according to the standard processing time followed by your LOCAL post office. Delivery times to other international destinations may take longer. For deliveries within Spain, it takes about 2-4 working days to receive the order.
